§ 410.530. Lots — Commercial and Industrial.

A.
The size, shape and arrangement of commercial and industrial lots, where platted, shall be subject to the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission, provided that approval is not granted under the provisions of Section 410.270.

B.
Building lines for commercial and industrial lots shall be at least forty (40) feet from each street property line.
