§ 410.500. Blocks.

A.Residential blocks shall not be less than three hundred (300) feet or more than one thousand three hundred twenty (1,320) feet in length, except as the Planning and Zoning Commission considers necessary to assure efficient use of land or to achieve desired features of the street system. In blocks over one thousand (1,000) feet long, the Commission may require public crosswalks across the block.B.Residential blocks shall be wide enough to provide two (2) tiers of lots of minimum depth, except where prevented by topographical conditions or size of the property, in which case, the Planning and Zoning Commission may approve a single tier of lots of minimum depth.
