§ 410.460. Streets and Alleys — Intersections.

  • A. 
    Street intersections shall be as nearly at right angles as possible, and no intersection shall be at an angle less than sixty degrees (60°). Detailed designs of intersections may be required.
    B. 
    Property line radius at street intersections shall not be less than twenty (20) feet and where the angle of street intersection is less than ninety degrees (90°), the Planning and Zoning Commission may require a greater radius.
    C. 
    Curb line radius at street intersections shall be at least fifteen (15) feet and where the angle of street intersection is less than ninety degrees (90°), the Planning and Zoning Commission may require a greater radius.
